Job Description : |
|
- • End to end IT recruitment with good negotiation skills (From resource searching to requirement closure)
- • Joining Process, Induction and Orientation program
- • Leave and Attendance Management and coordination with Accounts Department for Payroll
- • Preparation of different reports related to HR and Admin operations
- • Policy formation and making amendments as required
- • Visa Process as and when required
- • Employee Exit / Relieving process
- • Employee engagement activities on monthly, yearly and occasion basis
- • Dealing with conflicts, grievances and discipline management
- • Assisting in Performance / Appraisal Management
- • Keeping and maintaining HR/Admin and Employee related documents up to date (Soft as well as Physical Data)
- • Social branding of organization
- • Admin work like Vendor searching, negotiating, Vendor Management and other day to day admin work
- • Any other responsibility or task assigned by the superiors

Required Skills : |

- • Excellent knowledge and Experience of all the HR Functions including statutory compliances
- • Fluent English Communication
- • Good experience with MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
