No. of Positions :   1
Total Relevant Experience :   2 to 5 (Preferably from IT Company)
Education :   B.com / BCA / BBA with MBA in Human Resource or equivalent degree in HR
Job Description :  
  • • End to end IT recruitment with good negotiation skills (From resource searching to requirement closure)
  • • Joining Process, Induction and Orientation program
  • • Leave and Attendance Management and coordination with Accounts Department for Payroll
  • • Preparation of different reports related to HR and Admin operations
  • • Policy formation and making amendments as required
  • • Visa Process as and when required
  • • Employee Exit / Relieving process
  • • Employee engagement activities on monthly, yearly and occasion basis
  • • Dealing with conflicts, grievances and discipline management
  • • Assisting in Performance / Appraisal Management
  • • Keeping and maintaining HR/Admin and Employee related documents up to date (Soft as well as Physical Data)
  • • Social branding of organization
  • • Admin work like Vendor searching, negotiating, Vendor Management and other day to day admin work
  • • Any other responsibility or task assigned by the superiors
Required Skills :  
  • • Excellent knowledge and Experience of all the HR Functions including statutory compliances
  • • Fluent English Communication
  • • Good experience with MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
